He went on to lead 27 international undercover rescue operations, resulting in the liberation of 211 trafficking victims and the arrest of 72 suspected traffickers. His work was featured in the 2023 summer blockbuster film Sound of Freedom. Today, Matt supports the Dallas County judicial system, educating and reforming men arrested for solicitation of prostitution.
Matt holds a B.A. in International Studies from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and a Master's in International Policy Studies from the Monterey Institute of International Studies in California. He has been married for almost 30 years and has two adult daughters, whose futures give him the drive to fight child exploitation and human trafficking wherever it is found.
